YMCA KID'S KORNER NURSERY

The YMCA Kid's Korner is available for infants and preschoolers to play and socialize while their parents workout!

This service is open to members and community participants Monday through Friday 8 am to 12:30 pm and 3 - 8 pm. We also are open on Saturdays 9-12. We have a great facility with an indoor playground and great staff to engage and interact with your children.

Parents can have the hands and minds set free to enjoy the YMCA for free. (For newborn to 7 years old).

Fees: Members - None

SPECIAL EVENTS

CAMP OKO TIPI

Resident camp one week of good old fun.

The crackling of the camp fire, the tickiness of smores, shost stories, water games, swimming, after noon activites and cabin challenges. You are going to love it here!

Ages of 7-11 yrs old welcome members and nonmembers space is limited so sign up early more information to Follow. Look for registration in March 2011.

SUMMER CAMP

The YMCA offers a summer adventure camp for kids from 3 yrs - 14 yrs. 12 fun filled weeks of fun activities that your child will experience include field trips, camp assemblies, special guests and events, swimming, arts and crafts, weekly themes, science, games, super cool counselors, and much more! Make the long summer fly by with camp at the Y. Sign up today for a Summer Adventure Camp.

BIRTHDAY PARTIES

Let the YMCA be the place you hold your children's birthday party. The birthday child can invite up to 10 guests. If more guests are wanted extra fees apply. The rental time is for up to 2 hours. We offer 3 different packages for you to choose from. A deposit of $40 is required. The parties are booked on Saturday and Sundays only. You must call Summer Hammond at 573-221-0586 to schedule your party.

Packages:

Bronze: 1 hour in teen center using table and chairs ONLY and pick the following areas to use for the other hour: teen center games, pool, gym, or toddler center. Members: $40 Non-members: $80

Silver: Everything in bronze package PLUS: we decorate the tables, provide the drinks, paper goods, a T-shirt for b-day child birthday cake and candle, use of teen center gaming area for one hour then pool for the other hour with an employee to help with serving. Members: $85 Non-members: $135

Gold: Everything in the bronze and silver package PLUS: Ice cream in cups is provided. We will provide an employee to play games with the birthday child and guests. Your party is a theme! Themes are Transformers, Princesses, Laua, and Pirates. Members: $125 Non-Members: $175

Teen Center rates - $75 member / $150 non-member

CARNIVALS

The YMCA holds carnivals for the whole community twice a year in the Fall (October 1st) one in the spring (March 25th). This is fun for the whole family; put a pie in someone's face, play in the bounce house, play games win prizes, or have some tasty food. It costs just $1 = 10 tickets. Tickets buy everything from games, to food. Everyone welcome member or nonmember. Come and enjoy some cheap family fun at your community YMCA.

WEEKEND GET-A-WAY 2010/2011

Who: All boys and girls K-5 1h grade
Where: @ the YMCA
When: 7:00am - 5:30pm
Cost: $25.00 for members/$45.00 non-members

Info: Everyone will need swimsuit, towel, sack lunch and tennis shoe.
If snow we do play outside. Please bring appropriately dress for your child

•You must sign your child in and out of the Teen Center before leaving your child.
•Your child will swim, play games, make a craft and just have fun while you are at work.
•Sign up early space is limited. We only take 10 kids per day
•You must be sign up one day before attending or late charge of $10.00 will apply.
•We do offer multi child discount

These are the dates we will offer care for the school year 2010/2011
If we do not have 5 children signed up one day prior we will not offer care.

All luncheons begin at 11:30 AM with a meal followed by a program.

Everyone is asked to bring a covered dish or dessert to contribute to the meal.

The YMCA Active Older Adults (A.O.A.) group is open to anyone age 50 or older.
