ACTIVE OLDER ADULTS

The YMCA Active Older Adults (A.O.A.) group is open to all active adults 50 and older. Membership is not required. Everyone is asked to bring a covered dish or dessert to contribute to the meal. There is a program or speaker scheduled for each month. The group plans one day trip each year during the spring months. If interested, contact Becca Immegart, Senior Director of Business Services, or contact the YMCA to be added to our mailing list.
