Once you have registered for the Couch to 5k Challenge, you will receive an email with a link to a Google sheet. The Google sheet will be where we will keep a record once you have finished the daily challenge or suggested routine on the template.

There will be pop-up routines on the Facebook Group ex-page daily. If you haven’t followed our page, make sure you do so you don’t miss out on the daily pop-up challenges!

Track your progress

Download a running/walking app to track your progress each day (Example: Strava, Mapmyrun, Garmin connect, Runkeeper…)

Once you have completed the daily challenge or routine on the template (or you can do both), you will get a sticker for that day.
